Thank you for your interest in becoming a Nova Constellation Luminary. This is a meaningful opportunity to co-create something real—a local space where women feel seen, supported, and plugged into a greater ecosystem of soul-led leadership.

As a Luminary, you’ll help bring The Nova’s mission to life in your city. That means more than planning events—it means holding space, building relationships, and shaping the culture of something much bigger than any one of us. It’s a commitment rooted in connection, care, and integrity.

This application is your first step. It helps us both understand your alignment with The Nova’s mission and your readiness to lead with depth, clarity, and devotion. It takes about 10–15 minutes to complete, and we invite you to use it as a moment of reflection—on your current capacity, your vision for community, and the season of leadership you’re stepping into.

Leadership Reflection

This role requires a 12-month contractual commitment. We value integrity and responsible leadership within our community. While we understand life circumstances can change unexpectedly, how a leader transitions matters deeply. If not done in a safe, intentional way, an untimely exit could harm other Luminaries, our brand, and our company’s resources. We take your 12 month commitment very seriously, and we are very committed to you and your new Constellation in return.

This role asks for about 20 hours per month in the first 90 days as you're building your team and getting settled into the role. We want your capacity to match your desire—so that your leadership feels aligned, not overwhelming.

A note on this reflection below: We believe in transparent conversations, especially when considering meaningful commitments. Many of our thriving Luminaries began with thoughtful hesitations that led to deeper clarity.

Launch Timeline

We recommend a 90-day onboarding period before your chapter officially launches to get prepared and grounded in your role. This allows you to to become comfortable with the role before welcoming your community.
